Limited Warranties

VapingNation warrants to the original purchaser of the product, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s lifecycle. The VapingNation warranty may only be used within 30 days of your purchase through the VapingNation website. During the warranty period, VapingNation will, at its discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components that are defective. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. No warranty on stolen or lost items.

Batteries have a finite lifespan. They are under warranty for 30 days starting from the date of receipt. This warranty is void if the unit has been broken due to mishandling and/or tampering.

Clearomizers, Atomizers, Coils, and Tanks are consumable items and are not covered under warranty, However, if they are deemed to be Dead on Arrival (faulty on receipt) and we are notified within 7 days of you receiving them, we may replace them at our discretion.

E-Liquids are a consumable item, sold in sealed bottles and are not covered under warranty.  The only exception to this rule is in the case of a manufacturing fault, or a shipping error on our part, in which case we will replace them.

Conditions of Returns

Once we have received the returned item, we will fully test it to verify the fault.  Please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.

Should we discover that there is not a fault, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit but will return the item to you.  VapingNation is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping cost for returning items.

VapingNation is not responsible for items that get lost in transit. Therefore, we suggest sending returns via a trackable service and ensuring the correct amount of postage is paid.

Please Note: All returned items must be returned with original packaging and receipt of purchase confirming the date of sale.

Please enclose your original bill of sale, your name, address, telephone numbers, email address and the reason for returning the item.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product, we can exchange it as long as it is safely returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. We do kindly ask that you pay for the return postage and packaging.

VapingNation reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.  We also reserve the right to refuse items returned to us which do not fulfill the requirements stated above.

Warranties are not guarantees and only cover manufacturing faults.  Damage, wear and tear or any subsequent damage that may occur are not covered under the warranty.

    Hi,
    I’ve received the order number: 42784 for 1 x Aspire Nutilus Mini and 2 set of 5 BVC coils, the promotion was for 1 tank and 1 set of coils and i’ve purchased an extra pack of coils. When i opened the tank anc coils i saw that the coils are not for this tank. Seeing the promotion on the website i thought the coils will be for the tank that i purchased.
    Can i please exchange the received coils for the ones that are compatible with the tank?
    Order was for 2 set of Aspire BVC Coils and the coils need for the tank are: Aspire Nautilus Coils.
    I can pay the difference as long as i get the compatible coils.

      Thank you for your enquiry, I am afraid that if you order tomorrow it will arrive on Monday as the couriers only deliver Monday to Friday. We have no immediate plans to get the products you mentioned but keep an eye on the website as we are constantly getting new products in.

    Hi there. I’m a bit unhappy. I placed an order for some coils on the 25th of June, which were ment to go out the next working day by courier and received them today, 29th, by 1st class post.

      Sorry that you are feeling unhappy. Your order went out on the 26th June as expected by 1st class mail, unfortunately we have no control over delivery once the orders have left our premises and therefore whilst it should have been delivered the following day we cannot guarantee this as is stated on our website. As also stated 95% of deliveries do arrive the next working day so I am afraid you were unlucky on this occasion. I hope this hasn’t put you off and you will give Vaping Nation another try as we do have a great range of product at fantastic prices.

      I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. It was sent out on Weds 31st October by Royal Mail and so should have been with you by now. However would you mind waiting another couple of days in case it is just delayed in the post and then let me know if it still hasn’t arrived and we will of course send it out again.
      In the menu at the top of each page is a button “mail us” if you click on that in future you will be able to contact us more easily.
